Set the temperature to Lo with Econ 'lit' and engine running. Turn off Econ (led off) Within 10 seconds should hear a click and that's the compressor kicking in. Air at the vents should be around 5 Deg C.

Long story short I bought 2 used parts from a salvage yard in CA. Saturday night I was able to successfully replace the front passenger side door lock actuator.
Jun 25, 2006 · You actually have to remove the climate control to get at the tabs that hold in the ashtray assembly. To get the climate control out, you have to remove the radio. You need special radio keys to remove the radio. Here are the pics of what neesds to be removed Radio removal:
Planning to buy A6 and have one question. As I see it has two zone climate control. One is for front passenger and other is for driver, but what about rear passengers? Which knob controls rear? Another question, is there a decent feet heating for the back passengers? In my older Passat there was a good heating in front, but very poor

Mar 20, 2022 · For the life of me I can’t get the climate control panel off without literally breaking off all the 8 or 9 tabs, a couple of which are shown in the last photo. I already broke one. You almost need 8 hands to simultaneously push in the fragile tabs while also pushing the panel to get it out. This is the last of 7 trim pieces I am swapping out
